AJ Bremerman is the Owner and Broker of AJB Realty & Property Management, LLC.  He is a 4th generation Neapolitan and graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from the University of Florida. 

AJ uniquely combines both real estate and construction knowledge drawing on his previous experience as a Commercial and Residential Real Estate Transaction Specialist with Gates D'Alessandro & Woodyard Realtors and as a Superintendent in commercial construction with J.L. McVey Building Company. 

From land purchases, to income-generating rental properties, to family homes, AJ is very knowledgeable of the Southwest Florida market and will match your individual needs with the ideal property. 

In addition to his Florida Real Estate Broker's License, AJ holds a CAM  (Commercial Association Manager) License. For well over ten years, he has worked to maintain a number of local rental properties. He is well versed in the management of home owner/condo associations.

Most importantly, AJ takes great pride in not only meeting his client's expectations but exceeding them. His extreme attention to detail and professionalism have earned him the respect of his clients and peers. 

AJ is married to a local banking executive and the proud father of a baby girl.
