    Justified Reasons:

    1. Collecting Rents.  Securing payments from tenants can be difficult.  Property Managers (PM) have their own systems and policies in place to effectively collect rents and maintain property cash flow.
    2. Maintenance.  Maintenance is the ongoing job of any good property manager.  Through routine inspections a PM can find and repair minor problems before they grow into large problems.
    3. Tenants.  Securing and dealing with tenants can be an arduous process.  Even with complete background and reference checks, the landlord and tenant relationship is much like a marriage.  You don’t really know what you have gotten into until after the honeymoon is over.  A professional PM is a buffer between the tenant and the landlord.
